She is the daughter of Cassandra and Norman Cade.
Elise R. Heckstall received $400.00 and is attending Pitt Community College in Winterville, NC.
She is the daughter of Elliot and Vivian Heckstall.
Brent A. Richardson received $400 and is attending SUNY Old Westbury College in Old Westbury, NY.
He is the son of William and Sybrina Richardson.
Michael C. Sutton received $500 and is attending Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.
He is the son of Gary and Michelle Sutton.
